Noel Duffy | Managing Director
Noel has been the Managing Director of Dolphin Computer Access Ltd since 2007. Noel has a business degree and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. Currently he is chairman of Altformat.org, an organization dedicated to the improvement of lives of people with vision and print disabilities. He is also a member of Right to Read, an advocacy organization for people with reading difficulties. Added to this he sits on the BATA (British Assistive Technology Association) Council. Besides oversight of finance, Noel is responsible for managing the organizational culture and the introduction of key strategic and change initiatives required to take the company forward.
Mattias Karlsson | Development Lead
Mattias was involved in making the first DAISY (Digital Accessible Information System) eBook specification and is experienced supporting all content formats. Mattias leads our development team in Sweden and has a degree in computer science. He is responsible for executing our strategy into accessible on-line books by developing the underlying architecture to support access to multiple online libraries across the world from within all our products.
Simon Kitchen | Markets and Products Analyst
Simon is responsible for delivering market insights to inform the strategic direction for our products and services and to communicate differentiated propositions and exploitation plans per segment. Simon has an MSc in Advanced Marketing Management and has 8 years’ experience in Product Management and market research at Dolphin.
Rachel Willetts | Project Coordinator
Rachel has been with the company since May 2009. Rachel is a certified Prince2 practitioner with a BA Honors degree in Business Management and an executive MBA in Leadership and Management. Rachel is responsible for the successful execution and alignment of Dolphin strategic initiatives through projects.
